  • Re: Congrats Cindy and Javad!

Javad, Mitch:Good job, I appreciate the description of your successful race tactics. While these races are really fun they do require forethought to get a decent result.

  • Re: Grass Track

Brian:              With short track on the near horizon I would like work on starts (high power bursts), bumping and cornering. Last cross season a group of us used the field at Jackson Middle School to practice our skills. Its a nice area which features large flat grassy areas, some ...

Terry: it was a hot one, both literally and figuratively, I enjoyed working with you and Russ and the other non PVers, I dont think I could have finished without the benefit of an efficient organized pack.

Russ: good job, sounds like a very interesting course in which part of the victory is just finishing in one piece.  Looks like Richard had a great outing.

  • Re: 5 in the 50's

Russ thanks for the acknowledgement of a great cross season. I think we Five Old Farts had a great time racing, jumping and falling over barriers, running and stumbling up hills, slogging through the mud and muck as well as enduring all known forms of heckling. Good luck with Nationals.
