As many of you know, I had an unfortunate accident during a training
ride last week and ended up breaking my Team Edition 300SE along with
my left collarbone. Since my collarbone has been repaired so now its
time to look towards a new frame! As luck would have it Director of
Velo
Vie Dan Barnes dropped me a line after hearing of my accident and said
he had just ordered a paint prototype done of a 300SE in Portland Velo
colors (see attached mock up.) This edition would be finished in a
unidirectional black carbon weave to black paint fade on the tube joins
give it a nice clean finish, with PV Blue and white logos as designed by
our very own Salvo!

Dan and I talked this afternoon and he currently has a number of
300SE's and 300R's in raw manufactured form. (Note: The 300R is a BB30
design.) These bikes can be made ready to ship in approximately 30 days
with the new PV paint scheme on them, and would include frame, fork and
headset for $1250 plus shipping.

If you are interested in getting in on this deal, please respond here or get in contact with me. We would like to get this going
quickly, so act now!
Cyclists: Reap the benefits of stretching and stay strong for the Spring!

Keep your muscles from waning—even when the weather doesn’t allow for a
ride! In this 2-hour workshop we’ll discuss the key muscles used in
cycling, and how various yoga poses can help keep your body ready for
riding. After our exploration of anatomy, we’ll move through a
mixed-level yoga practice. Here you’ll tap into the wisdom yoga offers
for strengthening and stretching the areas of the body most relevant to
cycling.

Jennifer Hanson, an avid cyclist, was the yoga instructor for the Cycle
Oregon weekend ride last July. She has helped hundreds of cyclists
stretch out after long rides and enjoys combining her passions for
biking and yoga. She looks forward to sharing with you how yoga can
benefit your cycling, and your life.
